The perfect floorplan for a family of 4! Double over double bunks, toy door, booth seating (that actually seats 4 people), porcelain toilet, sink in the bathroom for brushing teeth, a tall enough shower for a 6'3" dude, loads of storage, murphy bed for the daytime and a queen size (upgraded) mattress with privacy curtain for the evenings.

Outside you have a fridge and kitchen area, back luggage rack (works great for the barbeque) with a built-in propane line and dual propane tanks, solar for charging, a huge awning, solid steps for entry, battery disconnect switch, and pass-through storage for all of your gear up front. This trailer is easy to tow with a half-ton and it won't size you out of the best campsites due to its length.

The trailer is in excellent condition! It has been used in the Pacific Northwest about 18 days per year during the summer months and well cared for after each trip (clean!). It is winterized each year and stored under cover for from October to May.

This is our upgraded trailer from our first model (a 16' bunkhouse), and it has everything you could want for a great time outdoors. Our kids are now aging out of camping and moving on to other activities, so we want another family to create the great memories we did with this trailer. If you are looking to get into camping, skip buying the entry level trailer and get what you will use for years to come.
