This 2022 Winnebago MINNIE 2801BHS (28 ft) has been an amazing unit for our family. Sought after size and model, there are not a lot for sale. Pulls so smooth! It was lightly used, and well taken care of; even the mattresses are all unused! The superslide opens up the living room into a huge living space. It was bought brand new in 2023, so it has only actually been used for 2 years. In excellent condition, everything works, and is ready to go.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and sink. The living room area has booth table, couch that converts to a bed and 2 full bunk beds. (Unused mattresses)

The bedroom has a brand new queen mattress with storage underneath, as well as overhead cabinets. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Outside, you'll find a power awning, outdoor kitchen, complete with a sink stove, and mini fridge. The exterior is sleek and modern, with plenty of storage compartments for all of your gear. Comes with all the extras, like a ladder, hoses, large propane tanks, double batteries, large portable rhino trolley, chocks, accessories, 75ft long power cable etc.

We absolutely love this unit and don’t want to sell it, but we are moving across country and just can’t take it.
