This trailer is Loaded, in Nice condition, with low miles. No leaks, all accessories work great. 12cuft Refrigerator. Large toy hauler area. We used it to carry kayaks, smoker, extra camping gear, lawn furniture. It was like have a garage with us that we could easily convert into a 2nd bedroom (blow up queen size mattress fits great). The toy hauler has tie downs and ventilation for motorcycles, atv, golf cart and so on. Toy Hauler door can be set up to be a porch too.

Comes with Vizio 24" smart TV, AM/FM Radio with DVD and CD player (outside speakers and outside TV wall mount). NO outside kitchen but there is a propane port for hooking up a cook stove if you have one.

Please note, this trailer also has a solar trickle charger, 2 12v batteries and hitch and friction bar are included. Tires, wheel bearings, brakes, hot water system (on demand and propane hot water), electric awning, electric stabilizer are all in perfect working condition. AC Blows super cold and the Propane furnace works great.
