I am going to attempt the AI description, but first  want to tell you a few things.  It’s in excellent condition, well taken care of. I loved it, Im just ready for a bigger RV. This was my ‘starter’ trailer. I have not had any issues with it at all. I am including the super hitch, a $500 value, I also have a porcelain sink that I was going to replace the existing bathroom sink with. Guess that’s a  project for the new owner! I have covers for the tires, never used and a full cover for the trailer that was used one season.  I also have a portable black tank if you’d like it. Original owner,  that had it just a year,  installed a bidet, which is great, planning on that for my new trailer! They put a dimmer switch on the interior lights. I added a back up camera. I also replaced the door lock with a coded/key entrance. The tires were put on in Arizona and driven back to Washington, 1,300 miles. The underneath storage goes side to side.   The mattress is included, super comfy!  I just had the roof checked and was told it did not need any seals done.
