This is an extremely livable unit which tows very well. It is most comfortable for 2 people, since the Theater Seating reclines, but does not make a bed. The fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) is well laid out and has very generous counter space. The bathroom is very large, and includes a porcelain toilet rather than plastic, and a very comfortable shower. Everything in the unit works.

The larger Fresh, Gray and Black tanks make it good for longer stretches where you cant find full hookups. In addition, upgraded 30# propane tanks give you an extended ability to cook, heat, and have hot water. It is rated 4 Seasons and we have had it out with the water system still functional in 10 degree (Fahrenheit) weather. The furnace kept it livable inside and there was no freezing of any systems.

The TV and DVD player work very well.

There is a nice amount of storage, especially in the kitchen.

The unit has 24,500 road miles on it. The tires are in good shape, with 1/4 tread left, but are obviously not new.

It comes with a spare tire and two storage spaces for black drain hoses, including the hoses.

We bought the unit new in March of 2020 and have used it every RV season since then. We thoroughly enjoy using it, but age and health issues have led us to the decision to be done with our life on the road.
