We absolutely love this camper and believe you will too. The only reason we are selling is that we don't have the time to go out as often during this season of life and hate to see it just sitting there not being used. Our loss can be your gain. We have made a few upgrades and repairs. New hydraulic pump for leveling system, 2 new batteries last fall, new roof for kitchen and sofa slides, new on-command console, refrigerator serviced, skids on kitchen and sofa slides, and all 3 air conditioners were serviced last fall. This unit has been very well maintained.

There are a few things we have really liked about this camper. The washer/dryer hook-up is in the garage and not taking up space in a closet in the master bedroom area. There is tons of storage in this unit. Just count all the cupboards, closet space, crawl space and nooks throughout. It is amazing. I love the glass doors between the kitchen and garage and between the garage and the back deck. The half bath in the rear has been wonderful to have, especially when traveling with a group or having company over. The dual propane tanks have been really nice in the fall and winter, in that we did not have to run to get tanks filled more often. In my opinion, this is the best toy hauler. A lot of comfort and a lot of practicality.

A few things we are including are the Progressive Industries 50 amp Portable RV smart surge protector with cover, 50 amp to 30 amp plug converter, water hose, pressure regulator, wheel chocks, wooden blocks for leveling system and upgraded queen mattresses for master and bunk in rear. I will also add sewer hoses and Camco Rhino 36 gallon portable RV waste tote tank (bleached and rinsed out) if you would like. . And best of all is an RV Protection Policy through America's RV Warranty company. The policy covers roadside and mobile service calls. It does not expire until 08/22/2029 and is transferrable.
