This 2017 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R is a Class C RV and has less than 300 hours of use on the generator! There is also a convenient luggage rack installed on the back, for traveling with extra supplies and bikes!

With a mileage of 44,366, this vehicle is low on wear and tear and has been very well cared for. It was originally bought from a dealership in Tucson, AZ and brought to our home in CA in 2021. We used it exclusively for beach camping up and down the California coast until summer of 2024. Then we moved to Ohio and have much less opportunity to use it, so although we have loved it dearly, we need to sell. Our love for that famous series about the young wizarding school, inspired all the interior decor you see. All themed decor, bedding, dishware etc. can be included in the sale if desired. The large storage underneath the RV, which is easily accessible from two sides of the RV, contains many camping items for your convenience, and these can be included in the sale if desired. All needed hoses for water, electrical, and sewer hookups will be included.

The 22R model has excellent A/C and Heat, which can be set to either electrical or gas mode depending on whether you are hooked up to electrical, or using the generator. The living area features a cozy seating area, a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a well-appointed bathroom with great storage available under the sink and also a good sized cabinet for toiletries above the toilet. A large armoire, long/deep cabinets above the dining table and also above the Queen bed allow for great storage of any of your needed travel belongings. Several drawers and cabinets are also available for all needed dishes and cookware.

The sleeping arrangements are flexible and convenient, offering a Queen bed at the back, the dining table converts to an XL twin, and the upper bunkbed above the driver and front passenger fits two people easily. Sleeps up to 5 people total. There is a ladder that allows for climbing up to the bunk, which our kids always loved climbing, and the ladder stows to the side easily when needed to be out of the way.

Two TV's, (one at back Queen bed area, and one at front bunkbed area) both have DVD players, and are both mounted on swivel mounts to allow for desired viewing angle. Front TV is viewable by anyone in the bunkbed area as well as the dining area. There is also a satellite at the top of the RV, which can be programmed to pickup local stations or plugged into cable where available at RV campsites.

The Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R also boasts a reliable engine and smooth handling, ensuring a safe and hassle-free driving experience. There are several options for hooking up your smart phone or ipod to the radio, for playing your own music, and also USB charging ports for hearing your phones navigation through the radio's speakers. There is a backup camera, however it likely needs a new lens or replacement and has never worked well since we bought the RV. We never felt the need to replace, as we always had one of us climb out to wave the driver into a parking spot which felt safer than relying on a camera.
