Like new. New tires and battery, fairly new full cover (it’s always been covered). We used this less than 10 times and the longest trip was 3 days. The tongue mounted storage box is an upgrade, lots more room than the stock unit. Dinette style seating that converts to a queen sized bed. Fully self contained with kitchen and wet bath, AC & heater, 3 way fridge, 3 way ceiling fan, LED lighting, lots of storage, beautiful cabinet work and much more. We are including the accessory items as well. This is a cozy, easy to live with trailer. Only 2000lbs fully loaded. I loved being able to back it into a spot, unhook, park the truck (you can tow this with a car) and if it needed to be repositioned it can be done by hand. Not a trailer for introverts as it always attached people anywhere we went, everyone loved it and wanted one.
