We are selling our 2007 Lazy Daze 23.5 Twin King (24 ft long).

We just returned from an almost 6,000 mile, thirty day trip in August with no issues.

*Ford E450 chassis with 65k miles

*6.8l V-10 gas engine

*5R110 Torqshift automatic transmission

*The Onan 4000W generator has about 280 hours.

*Houghton RecPro heat pump (rooftop AC) replaced in June 2025

*Hellwig stabilizer bar with new bushings

*Billstein shocks all around

*The two Trojan 105 house batteries were replaced in June 2024.

*The Duralast Platinum AGM coach battery was replaced in October 2025. 

*A transmission fluid/filter service was just performed (10/2025).

*New front/rear brake pads were installed (10/2025)

It runs great and is in very nice condition. Lazy Daze was a top-of-the-line, family owned, class-C motor home manufacturer located in California before they closed their doors in 2021 (due to COVID supply chain issues.) The sides and roof are clad in heavy gauge aluminum sheets.

We keep it protected under a carport while not in use. 

The only item I would address before taking it on another long trip are tires. The Michelin XPS tires are from 2018. They have plenty of tread left but are aging out. The price will go up accordingly if I change them out before it sells.

From a cosmetic perspective, the awning is tweaked from being left open during an unexpected wind storm. It can be repaired, replaced, or just not used (as we chose to do).
