1/06/2025 Update: I am open to trade for 2 ATVs in decent condition or a single UTV in good condition.

*1/05/2025 Update: I have recently removed all the carpeting and linoleum tiles in the entire unit with the exception of the bathroom. I am in the process of laying down new laminate planks throughout the entire unit. I am doing this as time permits. Buyer to either wait for the renovation to complete OR agree to accept the RV in it's current state. I would include the flooring (still in packaging) as part of the transaction.

2004 Winnebago Adventurer WFG33V (WorkHorse Engine) with 2 slides. Overall, it is in good shape. The Interior is in excellent condition aside from a few broken pieces of cabinet hardware (all of which are still available / sourced for replacement). The exterior shows its age but has no issues. Needs a new Passenger side, rear, inner tire replaced (rim is good. Currently on the spare).
The only issue of note is that the leveling jacks do not extend. This is not a critical function and has not precluded us from taking the RV out and using it to its full capability (including extending / retracting the slide outs). The issue has been isolated to the associated control box and needs to be sent into the manufacturer (HWH) for repair. I have already coordinated the service with the manufacturer, and they are just awaiting the shipment. The projected cost of this repair has already been deducted from the price shown on this listing.
