Located in Pendleton Oregon, 1998 class C Sunseeker MH, E350, model 230, 60435 miles, purchased in June for our 2 month trip to Alaska. It ran well with no issues. We live full time in a class A motorhome, we dont have storage fir this one. We purchased all 7 new tires, replaced brakes and rotors, changed oil, transmission and differential fluids and filters. Changed oil, fuel pump-filter and air filter on generator, replaced donut toilet with an elongated porcelain toilet. Installed new house batteries, all new spark plugs, serviced the engine A/C, changed out all interior bulbs with new LED lights. Installed new fresh water pump and new black and gray water valves. Installed 4 coats of sealer on roof and added 2 new vent covers. Replaced front and rear clearance lights with LED. The propane heater, water heater, 3 burner stove, microwave, propane/electric refrigerator-freezer, shower-sinks and all plumbing work great. Installed new 32" TV/DVD combo with swivel stand.

Everything works as it should, it's ready to drive away, hunting camping or cross country
