She is in VERY GOOD condition and has been adult-owned and maintained. The roof and windows are in great shape with no peeling, cracking, or leaking issues. Everything works on and in the unit as it should.

We just spent 3 weeks in it while waiting for our new home to close. Very comfortable even when it was rainy and sometimes cold. We appreciated that it was built to pre-Covid quality. She's a 4-season travel trailer with a covered underbelly. We have always adjusted or covered all vents and screens to prevent bugs or rodents from getting in.

We pull this XLS series (extra light)unit with our 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 V6 with tow package; no problems. This unit is nicely balanced, and tows very well, while still being agile when backing up. Love the dual axles. There are interior and exterior speakers for the entertainment system. With the exception of one bench seat that is peeling, (my fault), the interior is also in very good shape. We have reduced the price $1500 to allow you to redo both bench seats and the couch, if you desire, to keep them matching. The kitchen features a three-burner stove and oven combo, microwave, and generously-sized refrigerator with separate freezer. Ample storage in the kitchen with drawers and deep cabinets, extra storage under one kitchen table bench seat, "hinge & hold open" cabinets above the kitchen table. The kitchen table can double as a twin bed setup if you add a mattress. There are 2 large drawers under the couch, drawers and closets on both sides of the bed, with a shelf above the bed that is accessible when it's down. The bathroom has a full-size sliding door; no scooting around to get in and out or close the door behind you. Lots of misc extras and decor items throughout.
