Building a cabin in Marion, NC - time to move on. Just completed a trip to Newfoundland last summer, and Arizona the year before. This motorhome is in very good to excellent shape. Basic water, sewer, electric, cable TV equipment is included. Upgrades to the chassis were made so that when the Semi's pass the MH on the interstate, it is not even noticed. Perfect 2 person long term home, but if you need extra sleeping arrangements, it can sleep up to 8.
