This Camper has new tires. Been sitting for 3 years. Has a leak from around the vent on top of roof - but can be fixed with some tlc. (2) propane tanks. needs some plumbing under sink. we noticed a water leak when hooking up last time we used This trailer. Wood is in great condition. electric works.
