This 2021 RV was purchased in September 2021 by my parents. It was purchased for them to live in, when their home was damaged by Hurricane IDA, but they never lived in the RV. With under 6k miles, I have been keeping their RV cleaned and maintained. Its in excellent condition and still has Extended Service Coverage until 9/16/2028, Ford Motorhome Hotline chassis repairs & roadside assistance until 9/16/2026 or 60k miles, and Tire Shield Hazard Agreement until 9/16/2028.

The exterior length is 32 3 with a 44gal fresh water tank, 39gal gray water tank & 39gal black water tank.

It holds 55gals of unleaded gasoline, connects to a 30amp power service and theres 41 lbs of LP gas feeding a three burner stove and interior heating system, with a convection microwave oven just below.

Its driven by a Ford 7.3L V8 engine, with 6-speed automatic transmission and 350 HP.

There is a top bunk for two, two electric recliners, booth dining which converts to a bed and a queen size master bed.

The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms, but they can be connected to create one large bathroom.

Three televisions, one in master bedroom, one in living room and one outdoors will keep everyone separately entertained.

With the press of one button, the self leveling system will extend the front and rear jacks and stabilize the RV automatically.

Tons of exterior storage. Interior storage can keep everyones belongings organized, all food & snacks accessible and kitchen appliances safe. The master bedroom even has hanging storage for cloths

The rear hitch has a 7500 lb towing capacity.

With two air conditioners everyone will be nice and cool. The electric awning, exterior lights and TV, offers plenty of covered area to entertain, read a book, or tailgate.
