Both Captains chairs are electric. Both seats turn around 180 degrees to be part of the living room. The passenger reclines to sleep and the footrest raises up too.

Has large 4 cushion pullout couch. Pullout bed is king sized.

The pullout mattress is a 8 inch Posturpedic air mattress with pillow top, very comfortable. Air pump included.

Heated basement. With insulated storage doors below. According to Tiffin you can camp in Alaska in the winter as long as you have a heated hose and propane.

4 house batteries with easy access switch to isolate batteries from the coach when storing.

Passenger seats are leather and power. A few of the seats have worn out. Not from usage but the sun or something got to them. That is the only issue we have. When pricing I took that into consideration. The chairs rotate 180 degrees to face the rear. And recline to sleeping position. Passenger side has a slide out drawer from the dash ideal for a computer to lay on while driving. 120V outlet on passenger side.

Serviced Several times @ Tiffin factory in Red Bay, Alabama.

There is a lien on the RV.

The RV is situated in SE Ohio. It is hooked up to power, water and sewer so you can take your time and test it all out.

There was one minor accident. 3 bays doors underneath scraped a short wall. Two of the doors were repaired, the 3rd bay door was replaced. (It was repaired professionally by a Tiffin recommended repair center in Red Bay, AL).

This RV was built Pre-Covid. If you read online most folks complain about quality about RV quality during and after covid. Also Tiffin was acquired by, I believe, Thor Industries. Some of the Tiffin community have raised concerns that the corporate parent is cutting corners. Mr. Tiffin is still involved in the company and their service and 800 telephone support is the 2nd to none.

I recently purchased an RV park and wont have time to enjoy the RV. (I treated her like my baby, her name is "Betsy")
