This trailer is suitable for full time living in any climate. It has heated tanks, fireplace, two A/C's, three televisions, two awnings, a large refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, gas oven and three burner stove, 2 30 lb propane tanks and TONS of storage. RV mattress replaced with king bed.

This unit has been meticulously maintained. It has been regularly washed and waxed twice a year,
decals are in good condition for the year.

iSpring Reverse Osmosis water system installed July 2023 (all water filters last replaced March 2025)
Bearings serviced May 2024.
New Sailun G rated tires installed July 2024, approximately 5000 miles on them.

One cosmetic defect, some fraying on the corner of one couch. Otherwise interior and
upholstery is in good shape. We did have pets but have deep cleaned to remove any hair.
