2021 Grand Design Reflection 320MKS Fifth Wheel Camper

Washer/Dryer installed and included. Steps are included if you want them. I bought this on 05.23.2024 from Camping World Lexington KY for my mom to live in until her house was complete. It has been cared for and everything works as it should. The fridge has a new cooling stack installed by Camping World as well as an auxiliary fan to drive extra air through the cooling stack and it works great. We kept it on a setting of 5(can be set on 1-9) because if we set it colder it would freeze food in the fridge area even on the hottest days. The washer/dryer was purchased in June 2024 and it works, although few people brag about them because a load of wash takes several hours to complete. This unit has no generator. Mom was careful with the unit and it show very few signs of wear, although one of the recliners has a wear mark on it. The title is free and clear and in hand. The VIN is 573FR3628M9909706. These units have an outside kitchen with fridge and stove, which works but has never been used. The unit has power/water/sewer hooked up so a complete inspection can be done.
