2016 Grand Design 357BHS

It is with a heavy heart we are putting our camper up for sale. With kid sports we just do not get there enough to pay the seasonal rate and I have little room to keep it. It is 9 years old and has bums and bruises from 3 kids growing up summer over summer in it. Needs a new awning, couch inside and the outdoor kitchen countertop needs refinish and a couple other menial things. Hence why selling at a discount.

41 Feet long with 4 Slides. 2 Baths and Large Master Bedroom. 3 bunks and a couch so it can sleep 4 in the back. Add a new living room couch and put the table down you can sleep 10 total.

Everything Included. Meaning the Deck and 2 Gazebos come with the sale. I would highly recommend just taking over our seasonal site at Yogi Bear in Birchwood Acres. Great Campground with great people. Our block is the best.
