We went through this (our third) Rialta with the intent of keeping it but our circumstances have changed and we need to sell it.

Of course minor stuff like replacing the front window washers and hoses, updated radio with bluetooth and install of easially removable shelves in closet which now smells like a cedar chest, organizers and such.
