2003 Alfa See Ya for sale. 70K miles on Caterpillar diesel engine. Just passed CA New CARB requirements with no issues.

Mechanically the coach is in good shape. Engine has been maintained and within the last 2 years it has new tires, new air bags, flat tow kit, new main slide motor, new lithium batteries and recently two new starter batteries. The exterior has some pockmarking which is fairly common with this year. No roof water leaks. Awning were replaced in last 2 years. Tons of storage underneath. We regularly drive to Zion and back towing a Chevy Tahoe with no issues.

Interior needs some TLC but the kitchen area is renovated including a gas stove and new microwave. Some lighting will need to be replaced and could use some paint. Bathroom fixtures all work. Refrigerator works as electric or gas mode. No issues with gas or plumbing.

Items that need addressed - auto leveling system needs repair, generator works great however after new batteries were installed it quit providing AC power, upholstery on seats needs to be replaced, power adjust on driver side seat doesn’t work, slide seals need to be replaced and stereo speakers on right side of coach don’t work.
