You will not find an RV in better shape. Unfortunately we have not been able to use it like we wanted to so it has spent the entirety of it’s life stored in our airplane hangar. It has only been out of the hangar for a total of 10 days. It literally still smells brand new.  Additionally, we made a few upgrades right after purchase. These include a new thick comfort mattress, a higher and better quality toilet, a high flow shower head and more sturdy reinforcements for the murphy bed. 

Options include: power tongue jack, power awning, 27” TV, higher capacity AC, prewired for solar, etc. 

Average list price is $25,540. We are asking $19,995 for a well above average RV.
