Our Freedom Deluxe 17 Deluxe comes with a bathroom and shower, a table that converts into a bed for two, and a small table with two captains chairs. You can see this layout on the Casita website. We are the only owners and got the full package including: an aluminum cased awning, exterior shower station (in addition to the interior shower), 25 gallon water tank upgrade, LED interior and exterior lighting, a 230 Watt solar panel and charging port, electric tongue jack, Anderson no sway hitch for towing safely, a Casita cover for storage, leveling blocks, a folding kitchen shelf, and the high lift suspension package to get away from the others. In addition to all the Casita add-ons mentioned, we installed a lithium ion battery system (a must have in our opinion). The battery system can be monitored with an app and charged by solar or the shore power cord.
