2021 Thor Axis 24.1 for sale by the original owner. This motor home has been well cared for and is in very good condition. Sleeps three comfortably, two in rear twin beds and one in drop down cab bunk. The original jack knife sofa, which was not very comfortable, was removed and replaced with a pair of very comfortable power recliners with foldaway tables. These recliners have seat belts, so three people can sit there during travel. Fully reclined, two people can sleep on the recliners as well. Other modifications include the following; installation of lithium batteries in place of lead acid, replacing the tankless water heater with a more reliable 6 gallon gas/electric water heater, removed TV from bedroom (still have TV so it can be reinstalled), removed microwave to increase kitchen storage, removed radio (new one could be installed as the wiring harness is unmodified), installed dedicated camera monitor for rear/right/left cameras

The Ford E-350 chassis is in very good condition, and has the 7.3L gas engine. We average about 12.5 mpg on long trips. The tires are original and are still in very good condition.
