For sale: 2021 Forest River Wolf Pup 16FQ. I bought the camper new in early 2021. It sleeps three, has a kitchen, bathroom, and a solar panel that charges a 12volt Battery. The main queen-sized bed folds out from the sofa (seats two) and the dinette convert to the second bed. My asking price is $13,000 which I've found to be a great price for this model in this condition. Of course, I'm reasonable and will negotiate.

The bed is flanked by a small closet on either side and cabinet above. There is no mattress present (The original was very low quality and wore out fast). Similar mattresses can be bought new for around $100. The kitchen contains a fridge and freezer (unused), a microwave (unused), a two-burner propane-fueled stove (unused) a sink (also unused), and two cabinets (one above and one below the sink) for storage. The bathroom is small and features a toilet (unused), a sink (unused), a shower (unused), a mirror, and a small cabinet. The vent and fan in the bathroom are a bit unkept but function normally. There is a small amount of water damage on one wall panel in the bathroom which occurred during the hurricane last year but, I had the camper completely resealed by a certified RV technician and the damage has remained unchanged. I just had the camper inspected to sell to a dealer and they didnt even notice the damage during their inspection.

The dinette seats two people and has two storage spaces underneath each seat. Above the dinette is a cabinet and control panel for the exterior lights and awning. There is also a thermostat for the propane furnace and a radio, as well as interior and exterior speakers. The blower for the furnace is below the stove and the switch for the electric is below the refrigerator. There is a wall mount for a TV above the dinette as well as cable hookups and a WiFi hookup. There are normal 110volt power outlets and USB outlets. The lights are press-button LEDs.

Outside has a kitchenette (its a mini fridge and fold down table, a TV mount and hookups, and a leash clip for your pet. I just bought new tires a week ago (less than 200 miles on them). I also have a lightly used spare. The tongue jack is a week old. The stabilizer jacks are around a year old and an improvement over the originals. The roof has been maintained. There is also an outdoor shower. The solar panel and 12volt battery power the lights, awning, radio, furnace blower, and refrigerator, and USB ports.

As I said - much of this camper has gone unused including the AC unit. The black water tank has never been used. I also just had the camper inspected by a dealer. There is light wear but, Id rate the trailer as 7.5/10. Regardless, the pictures can speak for themselves. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions through either text or phone call.
