This camper is in very good condition. Everything inside works greatFridge and freezer gets very cold, and is powered by either 12V or gas. AC blows ice cold. Stove, oven and microwave all work good. Full shower, spacious bathroom. 10ft. long manual awning. Plenty of storage in pass through, under queen bed, and above dinette and sofa, and under dual kithen sink. Upgraded to two 12 V Series 27 marine batteries. Weight distributing anti sway hitch included. Corner closet was totally rebuilt with 1/2" thick Cedar planks by CR RV Inc. in Jeanette PA in 2022. They also applied a new roof coating at that time. I have the paperwork to verify. The axle bearings just had the grease repacked. I have made 4 trips to Cooks Forest PA(200 miles round trip) since the axle maintenance , the only use. It's a great camper.
