This is a nice older unit, the price reflects that.

The interior is nice for its age. No Smokers.

Titan V10 Gas. Two slides.

RV sleep number queen bed.

Lots of storage area.

Roof is good, no leaks.

Tires are good.

Generator is runs well, was rebuilt two years ago.

New front AC two years ago.

New Refrigerator Two years ago.

New tankless water heater two years ago.

Awning was replaced about 5 years ago.

The computer in the chassis was replaced this summer by a Ford dealer and has a warranty.

Interior is clean, but it is mostly original from 2002. Flooring was replaced in the main area with LVP about 10 years ago.

The passenger side mirror was damaged, we repaired it, it does not leak, you can see the repair in the pictures.
