This teardrop is in fantastic condition. It smells brand new. It looks brand new. And it feels brand new. We hate to have to sell it but we loved the lifestyle and adventures so much that we upgraded to a class A for full time living and traveling. This Little Guy 5 wide is a 2015 model. Only 10 years old. We are the 4th owners if I remember correctly and we have used it on 2 local camping trips and a 2 week trip from PA to AZ. Its tires are pretty new and overall has been extremely well maintained with very little changes on our end. (Though it doesnt need much maintenance since its a simple teardrop) There is no water/sink but instead a great little storage that runs under the kitchen counter. The sink was removed by other owners.

The only damage that has occurred was on our first night cross country after a long 10hr. drive in freezing cold weather where we laid out an external heater and it was too close to the ceiling, causing a small burn mark in the center top shelf, roughly the size of tennis ball. Its minimal and has been covered with white tape which works well but could easily be painted over too. Luckily its not too noticeable but unfortunate and annoying! There is a fire alarm (which works) and a carbon alarm.

Some pictures are slightly outdated (because its been stored as we travel). There is no longer a mirror covering the top shelf. This allows the unit/shelving to open up for easy access. I also removed the back kitchen shelf that was nothing more than a simple modification added by previous owners but we felt the open space and cooking room served us better. I added one being a rubber shelf liner being taped to the inside shelf along with some to the back part of the kitchen to help with grip. On the outside, weve added two thin top racks to the bars that fit perfectly around the fan and have bungie netting included. It adds a great amount of room/storage and looks awesome. I did remove the black cargo crate on the front end because it added too much tongue weight and was difficult to raise and lower. I cant remember if I have it sitting around or not. TBD. I will know when I pick it up. Its a tractor supply crate so nothing special.

It weights somewhere around 800lb empty and is super easy to tow with almost any vehicle. It has 7 pin connection. The battery is about two years old but is dead due to it not being on a trickle charger. It will charge from driving ( a lot) or shore power. When on shore power the outlets also provide power.

The mattress seems brand new. Weve truly never slept better but I cant say how new it actually is but there is not a single mark on it. Clean clean clean! Everything is crystal clean and looks as if its been unused besides of handful of stickers on the back and the minor burn/tape cover. The owners before us clearly took good care of it and we did too since we planned to having it for years. We have tears just thinking about selling the teardrop. HA

Weve had it stored outside under double tarps for half a year in the Fall and Winter in PA and half a year under tarps and a roof in AZ. No signs of leaks or damage since its been last stored it.

It is stored in San Tan Valley, AZ at the moment but we are staying in Lake Havasu City. I can meet you there or we can discuss other options. We are here from September to the end of November 2025.
