This Motorhome is ready to role. Everything works however, as indicated by the price, everything is not optimal.

Upgrades (completed in 2020):
Banks Cold Air intake with 5 Star Tuning that eliminates hard shifting and adds a little power (it is still a Gas powered RV though)
Xantrex 3000W Pure Sine inverter/charger.
Six 100AH Battleborne Batteries and associated hardware (Li-BIM 225 Lithium battery manager). Xantrex manages these batteries perfectly.

Items that have been replaced in the past 2 years:
New Roof (Cassones RV in Mesa AZ)
New bedroom and Living area Smart TVs

Non-optimal items:
Missing trim on rear Passenger side slide (Aesthetics only)
Large Driver side Slide seals completely (no leaks) but lifts the inside floor up about 1" which causes some rubbing on the Ceiling
Wall paper removed in some locations in prep for remodel but remodel not completed.
Tilt mechanism for King Bed requires help to extend and retract
Tires were new in 2019 when we bought the coach. They look great but recommendations are to change every 5 years.
