This trailer is well maintained and in excellent condition with low mileage. It is outfitted with five new 16-inch Goodyear 10-ply tires. The axles were just serviced with new grease seals and bearings packed. It has an upgraded MORryde suspension and a MORryde shock absorbing hitch PIN box.

This unit is wired for a 50amp service, has three propane tanks, and is pre-wired for solar. It also has two deep cycle 12V batteries, and is pre-wired for a second A/C unit and pre-wired for a backup camera.

The bathroom has a new 6-gallon water heater, a new 12 V water pump, new fantastic fan and a new porcelain toilet

It has a Sealy posturepedic queen-size mattress and a pullout sleeper sofa for the grandkids.
