Camper was last used on 08/16. There are no mechanical or functional issues, and no leaks. Everything works as it should. We have owned the camper for 3 years and loved it so much that we've decided to upgrade to a larger camper. It has been kept in a barn the last three years, and all tires including the spare were replaced last Fall and bearings packed. It is due to be re-caulked per maintenance schedule, but it has never had leaks or water damage. The only things that are in need of repair are cosmetic issues: 1) The couch as shown in pictures is peeling badly. We put a couch cover over it and that was sufficient for us. Some of the trim pieces are beginning to peel as well. 2) One of the awning corner cap covers is missing. It's purely a cosmetic cover, so I've ignored it. I've taken $1,500 off the RV Trader value for these cosmetic issues.
