Our Casita has only been used a handful of times and is in excellent condition. It is always covered while stored and includes the cover, wheel chocks, leveling blocks and all hoses and connections needed for gray and black water management. This model has two swivel captains chairs with small table and a separate dinette that folds down into the bed. Appliances include stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, furnace, ac unit and tv. It is wired for solar and tv cable. We recently installed a new deep cycle battery. It also has an awning and a remote controlled vent with fan. We have the title and original paperwork and tabs are current through October 2025.
