For those not familiar with a hybrid trailer, the 23IKSS model offers a truly unique camping experience. With the two slide outs and two tent bedrooms, this trailer is very spacious inside, easily sleeping 4 and as many as 6 The tent bedrooms (canvas with bug screens) offer the feel of tent camping, but with the added convenience of an inside full bathroom, full kitchen with island and AC/Heat. The trailer has been securely parked and covered after each trip for the entire off season. This has resulted in the roof, paint and tent vinyl all being in great shape. The trailer is fully detailed and cleaned annually. Batteries are removed after each trip and stored in our garage on a trickle charger. Annually, the fresh water tank and system are sanitized and the hot water heater flushed and drained before storage. Black and gray tanks have been professionally flushed multiple times. Trailer has all park connection cables and hoses, X-stabilizers to go between wheels to help minimize rocking when parked and all original documentation and manuals. Pre-wired for solar. 4 queen 2" foam mattress toppers included ($400 value on Amazon). Zamp solar Legacy Series 230-Watt solar panel with integrated charge controller and carrying case (purchased from Amazon for $1,023.61) available and sold separately.

2016 - Trailer outfitted with weight distribution hitch and stabilization system. Trailer outfitted with rear backup camera and monitor

2017 - Trailer converted to 2x 6V deep cycle batteries (Creates a 12V battery bank)

2021 - New tires (One replaced in summer 2025 due to blowout).

2022 - New water pump, wheel bearings and 6V deep cycle batteries. Rear trailer hitch (professionally installed by Mel's Welding South)

2023 - New kitchen slide out rollers and new brake pads/drums

2024 - Rear frame brackets welded to undercarriage to allow for heavier bike rack on trailer hitch (professionally installed by RV Specialists)

2025 - Roof sealant applied to skylights, trim, etc. New gas grill/griddle. New RV cover.
