Newer waterheater in last 5 years, electrical cord updated last 2 years, fuses replaced this year, 2 new tires within the last year. Awning has normal wear and tear, awning tape has been applied. Roof inspected 3 years ago. Small leak in front window and has been fixed. This did cause rippling in the wall but is completely dry.
Some delaminatation which is to be expected for year of trailer. 1/2 ton pull able.
