It has the following features: 12 gal fresh water tank; water pump (recently replaced); sink; 2 burner propane stove; furnace; roof vent; a new MaxAir roof fan (no a/c); 3 way fridge (propane; 12 volt; or shore power); toilet (no shower) w/6 gal black water tank; extra storage cabinets factory installed; wood flooring installed; solar controller w/portable solar panel; Group 27 deep cycle battery (3 yrs old); new factory side and rear windows (not installed); single propane tank; and tires are not new but in excellent condition. No leaks; everything in working order.
