2022 Coachman Encore 355 DS with double slide, 37 foot class A RV, less than 9700 miles. Many features and many upgrades. All systems work properly (see below).

EXTERIOR: new RVLock keypad entry, super slide passenger side, large slide driver side, Diamond Shield paint protective treatment, Alcoa premium aluminum 22.5 inch wheels, back up and turn assist cameras, rear view continuous monitor ideal for flat towing, large flatscreen TV (the RV has a total of four TVs), pedestrian back up alarm which can be turned off, optional color-coded paint scheme.

MECHANICAL: New Ford 7.3 L V8 engine  (replaced the older triton V 10), 50 amp service, Yamaha 5500 W inverter, self contained 10 µ water filtration system, solar panel system for charging, 20.5 gallon propane tank on board, Lippert auto hydraulic leveling system with upgraded 12” footpads, all tires with excellent tread.

INTERIOR: retractable full bed over cab forward, pull out hideaway bed mid cabin, two reclining media chairs with massage and heated feature, two flatscreen TVs, garden sink, gas range with convection microwave, customize pantry with pull out drawers, storage compartment with washer/dryer hook up plumbed, king size master bed with third TV and two nightstands, two GE AC/heat pump units with upgraded CoolRV option, propane furnace, large 38” x 24” shower, second black/gray tank. All manuals will be provided with the unit, some of which I have sourced on my own after the initial purchase.

Whats the Catch? You are buying a used vehicle. I am aware of: 1) The rearmost under-storage compartment on the driver’s side does not lock with the key. It was this way when we purchased the RV. The compartment still functions normally, with the door performing otherwise as intended. 2) The rearmost 6” corner of the awning has separated from the underlying metal drum, most likely secondary to high winds. It was this way when we purchased it and we have had no issues with it. The rear arm of the awning mechanism was repaired (most likely due to the same high winds) and now functions as designed. We noticed this under close examination but chose not to spend the money to replace the rear awning arm because it opens and closes as designed. I have taken pics of each of these, which can be viewed at the bottom of these notes.

I am happy to discuss any concerns.
