This unit has sleeping room for 6 people, (2 on the twin bed, 1 on each bunk, and 2 on the conversion kitchen table) The Microwave is also a convection oven. Full bathroom, plenty of storage, smart tv. So basically a little bit of everything.
I purchased it brand new from California RV Sales in Santa Rosa. And because on paper it is only has 1 year of ownership it still has 2 years of structural warrenty! Other identical units are selling for 30k without a warrenty.
We have had it long enough to fix all the usual issues that new trailers tend to have, so it is good to go!
I was offered 25k for trade in value, but I am going through a transition in life and am not interested in trades.
