After four long trips across the USA and Canada, we are selling our 2016 Lance truck camper, together with the 2019 F-250 that has been modified to carry it.

2016 LANCE 855S

Lance is well known for making four season campers which can handle being off-grid. This camper is exceptionally well maintained. It has always been stored in climate-controlled spaces, and has never been smoked-in.

In addition to the generator, and rooftop solar panel, there are two Battle-Born lithium batteries. We have frequently boondocked for a week at a time without issue. The heater is powered by propane. The A/C is powered by electricity or you can use the built-in generator. When we camped in the Sierras in winter, we added extra insulation to the battery box and under the sinks.

The roof has never leaked or been a problem. We had it resealed in 2025.

This model was loaded with extras, including a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress. The kitchenette has a 3-burner stove with oven, plus a microwave. There is a wet bath, with an additional outside shower.

We updated the interior cosmetics. (1) Installed light-weight tile to surround the cooktop and (2) covered the valances with new fabric.
