6-7 person bunkhouse travel trailer. Has 4 different beds. Great little trailer for families to make the outdoors more comfortable. Perfect trailer to try out as a "first rig" to see what you like and don't like about RV'ing before investing in a nicer / more expensive system. Weight is around ~4,440 lbs so pretty straight forward to tow. 25 foot model. Located in Fairfield, CA.

4 Beds: 1 Main Short Queen, 1 Dinette Bed, 1 Double Bottom Bunk, 1 Single Top Bunk.

Kitchen has oven, fridge, freezer, 3 burner stove, microwave, dual basin sink, hot/cold water, 3 drawers, 1 bottom cupboard, 1 top cupboard, 2 cupboards above table, 2 storage locations under table seats, storage above fridge, open shelf above table for TV.

Main bedroom has 6 storage cupboards as well as a large lift up storage area under the bed. Main queen mattress is pretty new and in great condition. Bunk area has 2 beds and cupboard as well as a storage area underneath. Bathroom area has a sink, vanity, 2 drawers, sink and toilet.

Approximate weight is ~4,400 lbs. 32 Gallon water tank. Dual 30lb propane tank (60lb total), dual battery system. Majority of other standard travel trailer features such as external shower, external water hookup, hot and cold drain lines, etc.

ISSUES: Trailer is being sold in AS-IS condition as it is an older and well loved trailer. Pricing reflects the condition and has been lowered to account for any issues with the trailer. There are ~2-3 main issues to call out in this post:
(1) The awning has a rip in it. We never used it, so never got it replaced. Straight forward to replace it though if you decide to do that.
(2) There is a soft spot in the floor by the table where the plywood got damaged. I have put a new piece of plywood down over it to prevent further damage.
(3) The trailer is older so there is general wear and tear. For example, some of the wallpaper trim pieces are peeling, some of the window blinds have been bent, etc. The tires have ok tread - but will always recommend buying new tires as soon as possible simply for safety reasons when buying a used R.V.
