We bought this new and had it delivered to our home sight. It was set up next to our heated garage which has a full bathroom. We never hooked water to the trailer. Never used the stove/oven, sink or anything in the bathroom and never trailered it anywhere. We never registered it. The plastic is still o the mattress. We slept in the trailer less than 15 nights and used it when early morning meetings were required with our contractors. It is like new and we are ready to sell it.
