Like new. Only used 4 times for approximately 550 miles. Stored under a covered shed. Recently washed and roof conditioned. It will include the Andersen hitch that came with it. Has a solar panel, a tankless water heater, and two ACs. I messed up downloading pictures. If you are interested, email me, and I  will send better pictures or go online and check them out.
