We bought it new in 2020, it is in excellent condition. Its always been kept very clean, and never been used by others besides me and my daughter.
It just came back from a service and Pre-Delivery Inspection last Fri (Aug 8) at Airstream dealership/ service Fairfield, CA. It has new tires and all checked and ready to go safely.
