We purchased it new and have taken very good care of it. It has provided us years of trouble free adventures around the Pacific Northwest. Sleeps 5 to 6 people with a king size bed in the master. Bath and a half (which is really handy). 3 slides with the one on the passenger side being a full wall slide. 2 A/C units (front has heat pump), and propane furnace. Very quiet onboard 8 kw Onan diesel generator, theater seating, 3 internal and 1 external flat screen TVs. Recent oil and air filter change. Will come with Blue-Ox tow bar and RVI3 towed vehicle brake system (with TPMS) (you will need to purchase/install the applicable mount on your tow vehicle). Residential refrigerator (w/ice maker), has hookups for washer/dryer, but because our typical short term use does not require them, we chose instead to use that area as a pantry and had shelves installed.
