Cook dinner, warm the trailer, heat water, and or coffee. All new tires in 2022, with less than 6000 miles on them. Everything works.

Brakes re replaced last year, maybe 3000k miles them. So much to list, fully loaded. Upgraded 15000 BTU AC unit.

The trailer is a 27-foot trailer box, 32 feet overall length bumper to bumper.
