My wife and I have had this Winnebago for 3 years, snow birding in Florida. We love the RV but do not need the mobility of a Class A. We purchased a residential style RV that will most likely never move from its lot in Bonita Springs, FL. We had this RV for sale in June 2024 but kept it because my elderly mother came to live with us in December 2024. She lived in it last winter season in Florida (December 2024 thru April 2025). She can no longer get up and down the 6 steps so we are listing the RV for sale again now, August 2025.
I am very confident you will find everything in surprisingly wonderful condition. The original owner took great care of the RV as have we. I dare say, the RV is not flawless but in excellent condition even compared to newer models. Last service was by LazyDays RV in Knoxville, completed 8/12/2025. I asked them to find anything and everything they could that was due to be replaced or not working. You may review the job order details.
The RV is 11 years old but if I had not disclosed the year of manufacture, you would swear it is only a couple years old. After having the RV inspected by many experienced RV'ers, I made the following updates in April 2024: new complete set of batteries; completed the 50 hour maintenance on the Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 Generator; replaced all of the slider window seals; purchased a new generator carburetor, replaced the entire roof with RV Armor (maintenance free and transferable lifetime unlimited warranty). The original roof was showing signs of fabric adhesive separation. Upon tearing the roof fabric off, RV Armor technician found the shower skylight had a couple hairline cracks in it and the seal, causing water to leach under the roof fabric. The entire roof was rebuilt including replacing all the luan plywood. See pics. The new roof needs no maintenance and has a Lifetime Warranty transferrable to new owners. You do not need to caulk every few months. You can view the replacement process video by searching "RV Armor replacement process".
If you are concerned, as I would be, about residual water damage from the roof, please be assured all of the water damaged roof sub-structure was removed and replaced. The RV Armor technician literally peeled the roof off one layer at a time until he found unaffected sub-structure. Not only did I have the damaged luan board replaced, even some of the unaffected sub structure was removed to be assured of a completely dry and consistently strong roof from front to back and side to side.
You will be the 3rd owner. The original owner upgraded many options including adding a stacked washer and dryer in one closet in the bedroom. The king size master bed has a 2 sided, adjustable, air pressure mattress; RV has cruise control, heated and adjustable side mirrors, comfort ride seats for the driver & passenger, new wipers, electric windshield shades, backup cameras.
Setting up at your RV site is very easy with automatic leveling. You literally just push a couple buttons to activate the 4 legs up and down. The 3 slide-outs and awning are motorized, controlled at the utility touchpad in the hall. No cranking anything.
The tires are 4 years old with 6000 miles. All pics taken April to June 2024.
