CABNITRY: 3/4 inch Baltic Birch cabinets, Kreg screwed and glued. Extra heavy drawer glides. General Finishes stained and 3 coats of poly topcoat. Keep-closed latches.

STORAGE: Three kitchen drawers. Two very large drawers below microwave. Three overhead cabinets. Large garage area under bed. We store 2 large totes, an extra refrigerator, tools, two lawn chairs, the solar panels in the garage area with room to spare.

FLOORING: 1/2 inch CDX plywood underlayment. Mohawk 1/2 inch engineered finish flooring.

ELECTRICAL: Bluetti AC200 Max with 2048 Whr battery & 2000 watt pure sine inverter. Battery expandable to 8192 Whr. 350 watt Bluetti ground mount solar panel, expandable to 700 watts. Bluetti Charger 1 DC-DC charger, charges battery at ~550 watts while driving. All DC wiring is Anchor Marine stranded wire over sized for load. Blue Sea 12 volt fuse panel for all 12 v circuits. All AC wiring is 10 gauge and powers the microwave, the cooktop, the water heater and two 120v outlets. Ten ceiling puck lights on 3 separate dimmer switches. USB charging station.

WATER/PLUMBING: NW Vans 28 gallon fresh water tank mounted over passenger wheel well. Shurflo 12v water pump with accumulator tank. 1/2" PEX plumbing with Sharkbite EVO connections. Bosch 2.5 gallon electric water heater plumbed to sink and outside shower connection. Seven gallon gray water tank under sink. External hot/cold shower connection with quick disconnect fittings.

KITCHEN: Faberware microwave. Two burner electric glass cooktop. Ruvati 15x18 inch deep stainless steel sink.

HEATING/VENTILATION: Webasto Airtop 2000STC gasoline heater connected directly to van gas tank. Intake and exhaust are both exterior. Unit has high altitude adjustment from factory. Controls conveniently mounted above head of bed. Also can be controlled via bluetooth app. Maxair 6200 roof mount vent fan over bed.

REFRIGERATION: Iceco APL55 Refrigerator/ Freezer combo. Extremely efficient.

INSULATION / SOUND DEADENING: Kilmat sound deadening covering 40% wall/ceilings. Walls/ceilings insulated with 3M Thinsulate 600XL.

SEATING: Both front van seats swivel using Scopema swivels. When facing rear both seats have tables for eating/working.

WINDOWS/DOORS: Motion Window T-slider with integral screen installed in van sliding door. "Living in a Bubble" magnetic bug screens for sliding door and rear doors. Works great. Insulated magnetic blackout shades for both rear windows.
