This coach has super low miles but has never been lived in, only week/weekend travels. It has always been covered. We are the second owner and prior to our purchase, it lived in a climate controlled warehouse. There is no Lot Rot with this coach! Meticulously maintained and regularly serviced.

All new Toyo Tires March 2025 Tires only had 10,000 miles on it when we purchased but out of abundance of caution, we replaced at 12,000 miles as we were concerned they had aged out.

Brand new GE refrigerator as of July 2025. Tiffin installed Whirlpool in the majority of coaches and it is a known problem that they will go out after a few years, even when continually plugged in. Research it in Facebook and you will see how many owners have to face that. Owners have noted they have spent between $3k-$5k to replace. Our replacement was about $3k. Filtered water inside the door as well as ice maker in the freezer.

In-dash GPS RV navigation system. Backup and side cameras. Brand new camera monitor as of August 2024.

Hot Water tank is Electric/Propane-NO AquaHot

4 slides, all slides have toppers.

3 ACs and 2 heat pumps. Heat is electric and/or propane.

Cooktop is propane with a convection/microwave oven.

Table and chairs with computer station (2 matching folding chairs, stored in the under-bed storage)

4 TVs 3 inside and one on the exterior. In-Motion Satellite, Winegard Connect with router, original Wally and Blue Ray that came with the coach when it was sold new. However, we never used any of these systems. We use a Verizon router for WIFI and stream You Tube TV. Much, much easier.

Central Vacuum System All attachments in perfect condition.

Ceramic Tile Flooring carpet on the slides. There is also an unopened box of extra tile, Tiffin provided with the sale in case any damage could be repaired.

Splendide Washer/Dryer,

Fireplace can be used as an additional heater or just great for atmosphere.

Sleeps 4. Memory foam king bed in main bedroom. It has always had a mattress cover on it as is brand new. Sleeper sofa is a queen mattress and still had the plastic on it when we bought it. It has a great, electric blow up mattress. It was has been used three times and works great.

Bedroom ceiling fan

All interior cabinets have been lined with heat shield foil insulation. Does a great job reducing heat from the outside.

Build sheets are still up and located in the main bedroom closet.

Motor home cover along with tire covers are included. This unit has always been covered, tires included when not being used.
