Aqua Hot hot water and floor heating system professionally maintained by certified RV shop, maintenance performed 2 times in last 4 years. All filters replaced every 5000 miles with Donaldson or Cummins fuel, water separator, hydraulic oil, fuel and air filters. Rotella T6 synthetic oil used on all oil changes. Just performed an oil change and filter replacement on 07/25. Tires all have 80% plus tread life.

Road Master air ride and leveling system make driving and leveling really nice. It runs and drives excellent with no issues. I did back into my RV storage garage and bent the outside latter and scratched the passenger side rear corner.

Inside is in excellent condition through out. Stored in a RV garage. With a newer Sealy elite memory foam King mattress in the bedroom and an Air Dream queen mattress in sofa. 3 heat pump/air conditioning units keeps it cool in the hot summer months and warm in cooler weather. The Aqua Hot system works great, a nice warm floor and toasty inside in cold weather. House batteries replaced 2 year ago. This is a nice coach motorhome with an 8.9 ISL Cummins 425 hp/1200 ft/lbs torque and 10,000 lbs towing capacity.
