Unfortunately, we have to sell our beautiful 2017 Jayco Pinnacle 36 KPTS. It sleeps 4 and has 3 slides, 2 awnings, 2 A/C units, a Onan 5500 propane generator, Dexter disc brakes and much more. The kitchen has a large pantry with sliding doors, a convection microwave, residential refrigerator and a 3-burner stove with oven. The island in the kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to prepare meals. The dining room has a free-standing table with 4 chairs, and the living room has a Lazy Boy convertible couch purchased in 2022 and new theatre seating with LED lighting and USB ports. The LG smart TV is also an upgrade. The bathroom has a large shower with a seat and plenty of storage. The bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser with a TV over it and a walk-in closet with sliding doors. There is a combo vented washer dryer in a separate closet in the bedroom.

On the exterior the roof has been upgraded to the lifetime warranted Flex Armor roof. There is a large storage basement that also has the outside Samsung Smart TV. There are 3 40 lb. propane tanks to fuel the heating system, the generator and the instant hot water. The Pin box is new in 2023, and we have a new Hitch purchase in 2024.
