36ft long with tongue and pulls great. Great starter camper for families with kids. Can sleep 7 comfortably. 30amp electrical system with one AC that blows cold(13500BTU). Comes with 2- 20lb propane cylinders, sewer hose, fresh water hose and pressure gauge/filter. Has 5 brand new tires (less than 5 months old and only 2-3 trips on them). Has 2 reefers and an outside kitchen. Slides are well maintained. Front and back stabilizers along with 2 rear scissor jacks to stop rear bounce. Awning is in good shape with the exception of a few spots of rot (will probably need replacing in a year or so). Comes with bike rack and 2 12V deep cycle batteries. Replaced door latches on both doors and barrel keys on compartment doors, along replaced water pump & toilet last year. TV and radio work. Has a custom table top for additional eating space. Plenty of storage.
